My name is Marty Wightman, and a certified, fully insured Performance Coach. Who is also a member of the Association of Coaching.
I was born and raised in Ayrshire. I later qualified as a Coach in 2007 where I set up my practice in London, UK. I hold a Masters degree in Psychology which I graduated from the University of East London.
In addition to my academic qualifications, I am a member of the Association for Coaching, a Senior Member of ACCPH, and trained by Stanford University Professors Bill Burnett and Dave Evans in Life Design.
I take a Cognitive Behavioural and Solution Focused approach to Coaching Psychology and its application to Performance Coaching.
I work between London and the West Coast of Scotland. Sessions are conducted via Zoom.
